Charest-Weinberg, located in the heart of Miami's Wynwood Arts District, is among an elite group of Miami's premiere contemporary arts venues, both private and institutional. The gallery's core philosophy is most evident in its steadfast commitment to help each artist fully realize his or her unique, singular vision and to provide the requisite platform for the total expression of a diverse range of symbolic languages and inter-generational voices.

To that end, Charest-Weinberg is actively engaged in the facilitation of publications, special projects, site-specific interventions, and outdoor public sculpture, as well as four intensively planned exhibitions within the gallery, each in excess of two months.

Recent publications include, Marc Seguin: ROADKILLS, SKULLS + POPES; Nicolas Lobo: LIMESTONED; and John Espinosa: The Forest. Recent group exhibitions include Herd Thinner, featuring Rashid Johnson, Slater Bradley, Erin Shirreff and Martha Freidman; and Why Were You Born? featuring Kara Walker, Chitra Ganesh, and Wifredo Lam, among others.

Recent activities of the artists represented by the gallery range from Aaron Spangler's recent McKnight Fellowship, to Simone Leigh's participation in the Studio Museum in Harlem residency program, to Rob Fischer's upcoming excavation of a massive site in Marfa, Texas for Los Angeles Nomadic Division (LAND), overseen by Shamim M. Momin.
